Our Classes

Yin

A deeply relaxing class. With the assistance of soft props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, pillows) we hold each gentle, supportive floor pose for an extended time. Relaxing into our postures, letting the muscles and connective tissue melt and return to their flexible and fluid state.

Restorative

Calming and centering flow to unwind from the stress of the week. This class is designed to release physical, mental, and emotional tensions through a combination of slow restorative movements, breath work, guided meditation, and sound healing brings our nervous system into a state of balance.

Chair Yoga

An invigorating and fun class practiced while seated on a chair allowing optimal stability and balance. Poses are modified to support all levels of physical ability, creating a low-intensity flow that is gentle on the body while building vitality and improving mobility.

Beginner Flow

An introduction to the practice of yoga! This gentle class provides a supportive environment for new practitioners to learn the foundation of yoga asana and cultivate the tools needed to grow and expand their practice.

Vinyasa Flow

Upbeat and energizing, this class takes us through a series of fluid postures linking our body and breath. Building endurance, physical balance, and mental focus.
